Evolve Chef Meals Delivery Week. The start of our Delivery Week means that new Meal Plans are available to be delivered.
Choose Your Meals on a Rolling Basis. You have the flexibility to select the Meal Plans you desire to receive either on a weekly or monthly basis. If you place your order by Monday end of the day, we will ship your package via FedEx 2Day on Tuesday so it can be delivered by Thursday, the same week. If you place your order between Tuesday and Saturday, your order is shipped FedEx 2Day the following Tuesday for delivery that same week. As a reminder, all orders are shipped exclusively on Tuesdays.
Locking in Your Selections. All recurring meal plans are charged on Wednesday. If you wish to make any changes to your delivery, such as meal selection or address, you must do so by the preceding Monday to ensure the changes apply to the next recurring payment. Changes made after the deadline may not be reflected in your upcoming order.

Deactivation Process. Please note that different subscriptions come with different commitment timelines. However, the order change deadline, which is two days before your scheduled billing date, remains the same for all subscriptions.
To deactivate a non-commitment subscription, contact Evolve Chef Account Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your full name and the correct registered email address associated with your account. Remember to complete this process before your next processed payment, which should be done by Monday.
For commitment subscriptions, after your 4th order has been processed, follow the same procedure to deactivate your account before your next processed payment, which should also be completed by Monday.
Skipping Your Order. If you are on a non-commitment plan or have completed at least four orders on a commitment plan, you have the option to skip your deliveries. Simply log in to your account on the Site, go to the "Manage Subscriptions" tab, select "Modify Delivery," and click on the "Delay One Week" button. You won't be charged for the delayed week. Please note that this action is not available for scheduled orders that have already "Locked." The delay will apply only to the chosen week, and automatic deliveries will resume the following week unless you choose to delay further.
Delivery Specifics. In the event of weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that prevent safe deliveries, we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. In such cases, the delivery date might differ from your scheduled window. If delivering your Meal Box becomes unfeasible, we will cancel the affected delivery period and offer you a credit or a refund for part or the entire purchase price, as determined at our discretion.
