The mystery box may contain ingredients that include common allergens such as Eggs, Wheat, Soybeans, Sesame Seeds, and Milk.

The mystery box contains a diverse array of ingredients, encompassing a variety of meats, vegetables, dairy and dairy substitutes, sauces and condiments, carbohydrates and grains. Meats such as beef, buffalo chicken, grilled chicken, sliced top ground beef, and steak are part of the assortment, while vegetables like broccoli, garlic, peas, tomatoes, and oriental herbs are also included. Dairy and dairy substitutes such as blue cheese, cheddar cheese, cheese, cream, and eggs are present, along with sauces and condiments such as alfredo sauce, beer cheese sauce, general tso sauce, smoked honey mustard, and stir fry sauce. Carbohydrates and grains like jasmine rice and macaroni are included, as well as potatoes.

Fresh. While freezing your meals is possible, it's a personal decision. We think fresh is best. These meals can stay in your fridge for up to 5 days after delivery.

From our kitchen to yours: Meals are packed in boxes that are insulated (recyclable!), and we use ice packs to keep everything super cold. From there, they make the trek into the great beyond via our friends at FedEx.

If your order is placed by Monday end of the day, your order is shipped by FedEx 2Day on Tuesday so it can be delivered by Thursday, the same week. If your order is placed between Tuesday and Saturday, your order is shipped FedEx 2Day the following Tuesday for delivery that same week. As a reminder, all orders are shipped exclusively on Tuesdays.

Our meals are fully cooked, and easy to heat! They are made for the microwave, but we don’t shy away from an air fryer moment. Microwave: Start with two minutes and add 30 seconds incrementally until the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Oven: Remove the meal from the container and heat to an internal temp of 165 degrees. Stove/air fryer: Same song, different dance. Again, heat to 165 degrees. Pro Tips: We think anything that has breading should go in the oven/air fryer to added crunch! Vegetables are perfect if you saute them in a pan. Use a microwave for convenience.
